I'm a water lover and call myself a hot mineral springs addict. Soaking in all natural hot mineral waters, reading, practicing yoga and meditating are some of my favorite things to do to relax and restore, as well as traveling as much as possible, hiking, connecting with nature, gardening, cooking delicious flavorful foods, raising organic chickens and loving my rescue cats.

I began Joyful Balance Living when I desired to have natural solutions for good health and combined my love of Reiki Energy Healing with Essential Oils. I continue to learn how to balance the body with good nutrition, rest, stress management and living as toxin free as possible, this is what brings me joy!
